With a dish of a special kind created by me, I will take you on an exclusive culinary journey and will spoil your palates with extraordinary ingredients.
Through my passion at the stove and my love for regionality, I always create new, exciting and delicious dishes on the table. Whether for meat eaters, vegetarians or vegans – with me there is something for everyone.
I am already looking forward to experiencing a new highlight of my career as a guest chef at Hotel SEPP.
